Q.  What is the white powder on the beads of my jewelry?
 
A.  The white powder surface residue sometimes found on the glass beads is a by-product of the hand-manufacturing process used to produce them.  I do my best to ensure this residue has been removed from the beads prior to crafting your product.  However, if you notice any residue on your jewelry when it is received, try removing it with a damp cloth.
Q.  What can I do if I decide I don’t like the jewelry I ordered?
 
A.  I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your selection, you can return it within 30 days of your original purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.  The jewelry must be in its original condition to qualify for a refund.  If your selection is sent back more than 30 days from your original purchase date, you will be given a merchandise credit for the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.  All returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Q.  Why does my jewelry look slightly different from the picture on the website?
 
A.  Many of the beads used in my jewelry creations are handmade.  As a result, they will vary slightly from bead to bead and piece to piece.  In addition, certain beads may be unavailable from time to time and need to be replaced with something similar.  I take special care to maintain the artistic integrity of each piece of jewelry that I make.  If I don’t feel I can produce the  selection in such a way that the jewelry will be substantially the same as that shown on the website, I will contact you personally prior to shipping your purchase.  If, after receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied, the jewelry can be returned for a refund or replacement.
Q.  How long are the bracelets shown on your site?
 
A.  Most of the bracelets shown are approximately 7 1/2 " long.  If you need a longer or shorter version of a bracelet that is shown, please use the Contact Us page to email your request to me.  I can generally make each bracelet from 7" to 8" long without materially changing the design of the bracelet.
